We want you to be stoked on your new gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been mounted or waxed are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your unmounted skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the base protection is intact.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our factory team inspects the gear to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
