How do I know which ski model is right for me?
Selecting the perfect ski depends on your preferred terrain, snow conditions, and ability level. We recommend using our 'Ski Finder' tool or contacting our experts for a personalized recommendation based on your skiing style.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our skis worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes upon arrival.
What is your return policy on skis?
We accept returns on unmounted, brand-new skis within 30 days of purchase. Once skis have been mounted with bindings, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
How long does it take for my skis to ship?
In-stock skis typically ship within 2-3 business days. If you have requested binding mounting, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our technicians to prep and test your setup.
Do my skis come with a warranty?
Every pair of Moment skis comes with a two-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or other non-snow surfaces.
Are my skis ready to ride out of the box?
Yes, all our skis come with a factory tune, including a structured base and finished edges. However, we always recommend a fresh coat of temperature-specific wax to ensure the best performance for your local conditions.
